I believe the answer is yes, due to being a PM. The non-SkyTeam partner benefits are poorly documented.
Of course, it’s unclear what will happen to elites flying partner economy fares after February 2.
Not so clear about DL Sky Club access. DL GM+ have access to LATAM VIP lounges due to DL relationship with them when flying LA, similar to how they have access to US VS Club Houses when flying VS metal to UK. DL is not entirely clear about DL Sky Club access for DL GM+ in these cases for non-Skyteam partners. JFK might be unique as LA does not have it's own lounge there and just uses the Sky Club and VS Club House and DL may provide access due to that.
