With J7, one week before departure, it wouldn't surprise me if
nobody got upgraded unless they are, in fact, oversold in Premium Plus. Another reason that they may have more empty seats than inventory is that not everybody selects a seat.
If you adjust the date on your phone or tablet, you should be able to see the upgrade list starting tomorrow, but unless you're at the very top of it, I wouldn't get my hopes up.
On the other hand, Premium Plus is a significant step up over economy, so if you got a decent price on your buy-up, consider that a win.
