Note that FLR is a surprisingly challenging airport - short runway and prone to fog / wind / bird strke issues as well as staff industrial relations issues. May be best to go HBO in the FLR to LHR direction.
I flew from FLR once years ago and because of the runway and the heat we had to be seated on the plane according to weight to enable take off
