Fab news! I flew out of Florence yesterday and saw Aeroitalia had started Florence - Heathrow which is a great route for me but they have such a small fleet (3 planes?) so feels a bit high risk for reliability and indeed yesterday’s was delayed then cancelled. Would definitely book this route with BA.
