So I am staying here now as a Globalist and was pretty disappointed with benefits. I had a rate that included 2 Starbucks and when I asked how I got them, I was given a $15 voucher with no explanation - having to fight for benefits you have paid for us poor, before trying to get ones you are entitled too based on status! The check in lady mentioned happy hour but never said anything about it being free for Globalists - have I read that correctly in this thread? To be honest I felt so far away from Hyatt top tier when I checked in, I am looking at moving my stay next door to the H!
