Yup would def recommend calling back. I did earn my Diamond the past 3 years (haha yeah who earned Diamond during COVID? Me, loving the 10k nights @ Hilton BKK), including 60 nights this year, so perhaps that counted for something. Let us know if the HUCA worked for you. I called after USA business hours and had a foreign rep, so perhaps that also helped. Good luck.
