Bulkheads have been blocked since booking. I'm 6'4 with size 14-15US feet so I'm trying to avoid the cramped footwells.
Flying from the US, it's at T-48hrs. On the ULR it seems that 10A is not blocked. If you have Expertflyer you can determine if the bulkheads on your flight are occupied or just blocked as Expertflyer will simply show occupied or not.
