I don't see it mentioned anywhere in this thread, when does bulkhead open up usually? 3 days-ish before? I made a reward booking (no Kris status) a few months ago, and the flight is in ~2.5 weeks. Bulkheads have been blocked since booking. I'm 6'4 with size 14-15US feet so I'm trying to avoid the cramped footwells.
