The OP on this thread was looking for something more concrete in relation to benefits specifically with AA, not the rest of oneworld. It's been botched recently at the JFK Chelsea lounge (still unresolved) and it's been botched for some time with respect to recognition by AA gate agents at AA locations. Several of AA's special services team members have told me we are treated as CK in their system which is why they are often surprised that we don't board with the call for CK members on AA flights. However, no regular AA gate agents knows anything about BA's GGL status.
