Called in regarding a 12/31/2022 expiring FNC from my Aspire.
Was extended till end of Feb without too much trouble. First she said 2 weeks would be easy but came back w the two months.
"Impossible in the system to add anymore time so be sure to use it" - no idea if that's true but happy enough to use it up soon.
Interesting, I called today and was told no dice on my expiring FNC from my Aspire. Guess I’ll have to play customer service agent roulette tomorrow
