What I like about the Nashville Airport posting is they turned off commenting. It’s like people won’t call them out for being stupid if they do thar. So they’re thrashing the airport on all their other posts.

Apparently BNA and Southwest have the same PR firm that’s advising them very badly. I don’t know anything about public relations but I’m available if y’all need help. I couldn’t possibly be any worse than what BNA and Southwest are currently doing.

this is gonna be one of those things you read about in business school under how not to respond in a crisis. Just what you want Southwest to be an example of an epic failure.
