I created this thread simply to warn people based on my experience, never had I encountered these kind of scam when rental in even less developed European countries. My corporate code did included basic CDW with some deductible, which this location clearly knows and ONLY scamming me 80 francs versus few hundreds that other people had reported.
Also, my CC dispute didn't went well with Amex as this Enterprise location actively provided all kinds of documents. Don't sign anything with them if you strongly believe whatever damage they claim was not done by you, which was my mistake at that time.
