Yes, I called today and was able to get mine extended until the first week of Feb. (original exp. date was July 2022 so it had been extended once already by Hilton.) I have Diamond status from the Aspire card and have two award stays in the past year, by no means a VIP. The first two agents would only offer two weeks. I was going to extend it yesterday but their computers weren't working so I called back today. I figured let me try one more time for a later date and asked the agent if she could book a night in early Feb and gave her the information. To my surprise she was able to process it and the new reservation with the new expiration date shows up on my account. I'm noticing across the board that CSR's don't seem to know what they are talking about these days. It seems like it's everyone's first day on the job. You usually can tell within a a minute if the agent actually knows what they are doing and is going to be able to help you or not. I would recommend for everyone to keep calling until you find a CSR willing to extend the certificates. They clearly can go beyond the two weeks and even beyond one month. I regret not asking for a later date. Now if I could only get my IHG certificates extended.....
