Right, that‘s what I did. Pre paid for 2x 7kg PLUS personal item. Also pre paid 20kg checked bag (without need/not wanting it). That’s why I was wondering wether it’s „enogh“ money made already that they finally judt say „it’s ok, go through with carry on only“ instead of needing to check anything. Let‘s assume carry on is weighted at the gate and it doesn‘t work to take everything on board instead of checking it: Can‘t I just repack a little there and finally check the back (that I already paid for!) at the gate? Or will they way overcharge again for this?
