Have no issue, as long as they can be combined. Ecredits arent really a thing, they're a heading for 1)unused etickets and 2)DL CS vouchers.

1)can only be used to pay for new ticket for same passenger

2)depends on terms if can be used by others (some yes, some no). Also might not be usable on some flights.

Had no problems using more than one unused eticket. However have had issues when using combination of unused eticket and DL vouchers.
