This is a service which will 100% go out full in Club. And yes it's a status rich route, so no doubt other couples have taken the middle block seats, one of the disadvantages of CS is that the proportion of "couple" seats is reduced. So if this really matters then I'm afraid you are best to pay since some Bronze passengers will no doubt be hovering over rows 13 and 14 as soon as they are within a week to departure. That said CS seating is so far apart that even the central block gives quite a distance between people, you won't feel that close to each other. I wouldn't say it's a particularly long flight these days, but it is overnight. As things stand, if you don't select seats you will probably be allocated window seats.
