I did get my bag delivered to my hotel in Lisbon at around midnight on 12/23/22, after having initially been lost since check-in on 12/12/22.

On my way back to the USA, GVA-LHR-SEA-SAN, Alaska has lost the SAME bag from when they received it last evening at the SeaTac airport after I cleared customs with it. My AirTag shows that it has made it down to SAN this morning so I suspect they will deliver it to my hotel here at some point today. One last heavy thing to have to lug, as I'm changing hotels shortly.
