The wheelchair assistant left me here - would not or could not take me to an AA help desk - there may have been a language challenge - but I can walk a short distance with my rollerbag.

Agent at DCA this morning would not process my paper voucher that is on hold pending ticket. Was polite and professional, but flat out refused. Told me not to mail it in, but basically kicked the can down the road. Said to do it during connection or at arrival. Even though suppossedly there's a note in my file I planned to complete the ticketing at DCA this morning.

Arrival is SVD, which is laughable. Even the original agent processing my hold said don't even try it there. Somewhat of a moot point as there's no time on arrival or I'll miss the last ferry to a neighboring island. It's been in pending status for weeks and the original voucher expires the 30th. Any easy options for getting done during the MIA connection? I'd even go online and join Admiral's Club if there's one very very close by with limited walking from D17 needed.
