Accruals are frequently wrong even for paid flights, even after nearly a decade of PQD/PQP calculations. It's not really surprising that they wouldn't be appearing on award flights at the moment. They'll probably post properly, but even if they don't, you should be able to get it corrected easily enough after the fact.
