Did you track it? Are you sure they haven’t sent it yet? If they really haven’t sent it yet, maybe reply to the ticket and remind them? I think they have 30 days or so to return it, it should be fine.
FedEx return label tracking is showing "
No record of this tracking number can be found at this time". I just sent BFMR another follow up. I am not sure what is going on, but they've been pretty much ignoring my follow up replies to the ticket.
