We're flying to NBO from the US via DOH on Saturday/Sunday. I managed to get 4 seats on Qatar in biz but I booked in February before the travel boom really got going. Check for availability using BA and then call AA if you find space as they are not showing availability online. We're flying back on KLM using Flying Blue points transferred from Amex as I could not find anything on Qatar or Turkish and we have a 10 hour daytime layover which will allow us to go into Amsterdam. Lufthansa looks like it kind of sucks in biz so didn't want that. Surcharges on KLM were about $475pp which is higher than I like but finding 4 biz seats was difficult.
