It's all a bit weird because being a program that's apparently administered in Singapore, I'd have imagined that they have very clear and precise criteria, as protocols there tend to be inflexible and have very little lateral movement. However, I've resigned myself to the fact that I probably stand a better chance of waking up next to Mrs Santa Claus in the North Pole than I do trying to figure out the RA re-qualification algorithm, so for now I'd rather just pickle myself with copious volumes of mince pies and mulled wine!
