Don't know about the second question, but regarding the first, passengers stay on the plane in LFW, unless LFW is their destination. The stop involves landing, taxi to the gate, LFW passengers leave and LFW-ADD and/or LFW-ADD-XXX passengers board. And then you taxi and takeoff for ADD. Stop is a little over an hour.
