Hyatt has a documented history of (sometimes) exchanging awards (SUA, CLA, FNA) for points ONLY shortly after the award has expired and less often within a few days prior to award expiration. I plan to call Hyatt, repetitively prn*, starting ~ Feb 21 (1 week prior to expiration) to see if points can be posted for my expiring SUAs and CLAs.

* PRN (prn, P.R.N): “Pro Re Nata” - Latin phrase meaning “as necessary”. A PRN prescription means that the administration of medication is not scheduled. Instead, the prescription is taken as needed.
