If they say the ticket is issued, then they should be able to see the ticket number. Ask AS for the eticket number and CX PNR, then tweet/message/call CX to verify that it is issued and in the "open" or "ready to fly" status.
Thank you for your reply. I confirmed with AS and it is the same e ticket number and CX PNR I received from AS. CX said my ticket is issued successfully They think there is a "paper" symbol next to my ticket number whereas they are using electronic ticket now, so it may cause the message appear in manage booking. I hope everything goes well.
