What?? Wrong thread? With all the cancellations, Pilots and F/As are trying to call crew scheduling to find out what WN wants them to do, but they can't get through to talk to anyone, and apparently phone is the only way they can communicate due to WN's poor crew scheduling IT.

And that's the Unions' fault? Really?
