I know people say to never rely on seatmaps... but if you want to do a quick check to confirm that the space is even marginally possible, you can quickly check the ANA booking for F class and see what the seatmap looks like there. Besides that, you will need to check Expertflyer and check how many seats remain in F with a subscription (or using the wonderful fare bucket request here).

I find Air Canada's seat map selection won't match for partner airlines because it doesn't have all the information (and sometimes even the wrong layout entirely), and referring to the original seat map directly from ANA gives me a clearer picture.

Unfortunately, this doesn't get around the possibility that one of the F class seat might be a phantom seat that isn't bookable or otherwise unavailable, and only calling in and/or attempting to book will confirm that.
