I noticed that two seats in F on ANA were available to book for points, but when I checked the seat preview on Aeroplan's website it showed only 1 seat (the blue indicates that the seat is available). Not sure if the seat preview is reliable or not. Is there a way to check whiteout transferring my points over and trying to book the seat?

I tried calling but phone lines are quoting me an hour for call backs, might be the storm and plane changes
