You haven't read my post thoroughly. As I clearly stated, the scenario posted by eponymous_coward is different from that posted by metoometoo.

Also you claimed cancellation within 24 hours AS would refund the booking fee, metoometoo said it wasn't the case, based on his/her experience.


The clarification is needed from metoometoo's post, who claimed the booking fee was not refunded when a Oct 2023 JL award was canceled. The poster did not say WHEN was the cancellation made, within 24 hours or outside. That is the part needed clarification. If it was within 24 hrs then may be s/he got a bad agent based on your info s/he should get the refund.

I edited my post to make it Very Clear that a clarification from metoometoo would be beneficial to the community.

Does the above is clear to you now on what clarification is needed?
