I flew BA 278/279 twice this November and December.
The flights were all delayed between 1.5 to 3 hrs due to the weather in LHR, so not much one can do.
The lounge in SJC is somewhat small but not crowded when I was there. Service was very good.
I flew World Traveler Plus and my on-board experience was perfunctory, but nothing to wow me.
The cabin was about 80% full.
The Global Entry at SJC is not fully paperless as I have seen in other larger airports (JFK, DFW), as I still have a paper receipt to show to the custom officer before exiting to landside.
