SJC is a pretty small airport ,international arrivals do arrive between terminal 1 and 2 , the airport recieves not many international flights per day, so it should be smooth sailing through CBP.
Delays come mostly from the incoming flight, Lounge is The Club SJC.
Most traffic is in terminal 1 where Alaska Airlines and Southwest doing business, terminal 2 where American ist doing business is not so busy.
