AS mileage e-ticket has not been issued yet
I used 42.5 k AS mileage for redeeming HKG- LHR CX flight on last Friday . However, I see
"Our records indicate that your e-ticket(s) has not been issued yet. Please contact Customer Care to issue ticket(s). Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled without further notice"
in CX manage booking page after choosing my seat. I asked AS customer service and they said everything is ok please wait for 3-5 days. What can I do now?
