FHR stays not posting on Marriott Bonvoy
I had a one night stay via Amex FHR last month and although I registered my Bonvoy number with both Amex travel as well as the Cosmo, my stay never posted so I sent in a request via email. And the hotel's response was that since the booking was via Amex Travel, I would have to contact Amex Travel or Marriott Bonvoy. Has anyone had a similar experience?
