Had a recent 2 night points stay here a week ago. It was our first time in Key West, and there were a few off-peak nights in December.

Firstly, if you’re sensitive to noise, the heaters/AC here are extremely loud. There is a ceiling fan in the room, and temperature was bearable when we stayed in December, so we made do with that.

As many others have shared, the location is fantastic. The hotel also partners with a few diving/snorkelling/sunset cruise operators that launch off the jetty in the hotel, which makes planning activities very convenient.

Breakfast was pretty good, I liked the crab cake Benedict (but of course, Blue Heaven is still way better.)

There is a Hyatt Residence Club booth here, and although I’m not an American citizen, they offered me 25,250 points to listen to their 90-minute sales pitch. It was a pretty casual, laid back experience, and they didn’t push once I told them it wasn’t the right fit for me at this point in my life. I was let go after 60 minutes. The points appeared in my account 4 days later, so I essentially got a night here for free.

Would definitely return.
