What is the OP looking to achieve? Just write a bad Tripadvisor review and move on, vowing to never return to that hotel again.
"Quality of room" and "attitude and behavior" sounds like half of the hotels and restaurants in the United States... Senior management of Marriott couldn't care less - at best the OP would get some points thrown their way.
