Let me guess, the suite wasn’t as clean as you prefer and when you complained (probably demanded a new room) they were full and couldn’t give you a new room and are short staffed and couldn’t get it clean for you. Unless you can share specifics that’s the narrative I’m going with and isn’t worthy of you complaining to higher ups.
