If your problem was with the front office manager, complain first to the hotel's general manager. If the response is not appropriate, escalate to corporate offices. However, do not expect that they will give a flying f***, since Marriott's corporate overlords have been quite clear that the hotel owners are their priority, not the guests. If results are unsatisfactory, naming and shaming is your only alternative.
