I'd echo the other replies that it's better to lodge your complaint at the time but in some cases I'd understand why you wouldn't do this.
If after the fact, I think I'd post a review on TA, Google & agoda. Some reputable hotels would reply, if you don't then you can try to connect with the senior management on LinkedIn
For a large hotel, its not difficult to find or Google the general managers name. Good luck
