Does Row 21 recline? I see on SeatGuru that Row 20 does not, and also 21C has a note about underseat AVOD. I'm assuming 21D/F are the ideal aisle/window then?

All seats in Row 21 recline. None of those in Row 20 are able to recline because of the exit row behind them.

If you can get 21D and are an aisle person, do so. Otherwise 21C is fine as well even with the AVOD unit. 21A or 21F are the window seats that have partial arm rests on the fuselage.
