  • Email message said to upload your COVID vaccination information. Website provided kept failing when attempting to upload the documents.
  • Check-in desk opened too late and there were not enough staff members, so many people were stuck at security and basically had to charge forward and demand to be the next people to be screened, otherwise they would miss their flight. There was never any offer to upgrade the ticket to business class and get priority security lane access, unlike my other flights on KLM and Iberia on the same trip.
  • FAs were rude and gruff.
  • Announcements made in Spanish and English only, no German. Not sure if I heard any German being spoken amongst crew members.
  • Buy-on-board for everything, including the water. FAs skipped serving my row entirely.
  • Waited at baggage claim for at least 30 minutes before bags arrived.
  • Earned a meager 133 Flying Blue points for all my trouble.

Long story short, don't fly Air Europa. Short haul or long haul. I wouldn't even want to give them another chance even in business class.
how many XP did you get?

I miss only 2XP this year to keep my status level this year and plan a Porto > Brussels trip this week:

Porto (OPO) to Madrid (MAD) on Fri, Dec 30
Madrid (MAD) to Brussels (BRU) on Fri, Dec 30

as per matrix.itasoftware.com this appears to be a Economy (T) type which seems to be OK to earn miles and XP...but how many am I expected to get?
