Booking via FHR does guarantee 4pm check out, as the front desk clerk proudly told me. I guess she was happy as she has to explain to non-FHR Marriott elites every day that they don't get late check out.
She did enter my Marriott number and it worked with the Wicked breakfast and the spa. However 2 weeks have gone by and no points in my account.
