So, um, cancelled a booking on 29JAN (because I now need to be there on the 28th), received confirmation email of cancellation. App sends notification that different booking, on 27JAN, has been cancelled... WHAT? Sure enough, 29 JAN booking intact (despite email confirming opposite) and 27JAN booking is gone. On hold; fun way to spend a 25th afternoon/evening.
Advice/experience?
Update: both bookings are gone now. Cowtool confirms absence x2. Purposefully cancelled itinerary still populating "My Bookings" nonetheless. 🙄 Still grooving to the hold music.
