Anyways, this “bug” is probably meant to force you to book at the higher call center rates. Or everyone would cancel for a travel credit and rebook at the better fares.

can you rebook for a round trip online by yourself? Or does that also require having to call an agent…
1. Why would I pay 200 CHF change fee if I can buy new ticket for 180 CHF?
2. 180 CHF is not a web fare. Call centre quotes exactly the same fare for new tickets, but for some reason it's not pricing when you change another ticket.
3. I need to call to rebook cancelled ticket.
