Should have booked for 200 CHF…

i didn’t even know you could get a travel credit for a non refundable ticket.

Anyways, this “bug” is probably meant to force you to book at the higher call center rates. Or everyone would cancel for a travel credit and rebook at the better fares.

can you rebook for a round trip online by yourself? Or does that also require having to call an agent…
