I very much doubt the second service needs much more than an hour to process. But regardless if this was a factor here the SCCM should get on the blower to do an explanation and apology.
Secondary service requires 2 hours min on a LAS if by the book as per service standards as hot service and separate courses in CW. And by the book 40 mins to land should have service wrapped up and cleared. 1 hour to land would only leave 20 mins for the service as suggested.
