I don't believe so; however as a workaround you can turn a gift card into an eCredit by booking a "placeholder" flight using the gift card, and then canceling it (you'd have to wait for the risk free cancellation period to pass though, at least 48 hours to be safe, or call in and specifically ask for an eCredit and not a refund).

Kind of a hassle to go through though, so prob not worth it seeing as DL gift cards don't expire.
