Nothing on Bari but how about Naples. Try the
www.sirenuse.it - one of Conde Nast's top 2 scorers in the 2004 gold list of 700 best places to stay. They have a Romantic Gateway which looks like an excellent deal for a couple of young or old lovebirds.
