Same problem with my flight. Plane from Boise was on time. They loaded the A's and then made them disembark, waited for 2 hours or so, and then operations cancelled the flight. Others will chime in and try to blame the weather, but this was a *complete* meltdown at the worst time.
How is a pilot that can't deadhead from any of 20-30 stations that experienced significant weather issues, a complete meltdown?
When 1/2 of the country is experiencing significant weather issues ( weather person: please do not drive unless you absolutely must ) I think Southwest needs to be cut a little slack. Most of the rest of the posters on this forum seem to disagree.
