I will chime in as well. Our flights were an absolute disaster coming from FRA during the ice storms and the lack of workers (whole other story) and were delayed by over a day. Made was extremely helpful in everything, worked with our schedule and improvised every single tour to what we wanted to see in our shortened time there. He pretty made the trip for us, and was a constant bright spot. Without him this trip would have been much different, and as our first time in Bali we learned a lot and will be back very soon.
