We only talked about the Platinum status. Vouchers and gift card are a different topic. They expire and are not expected to be renewed beginning of 2023.
And concerning that the status lasts more than one year, you passed the Platinum threshold in one year for Platinum, and that is the stating point for the following qualification year. Tier points are zeroed out, and now you need to pass the tier threshold again if you want to stay Platinum in 2024.
